Swimming Pool Club

The Raintree Community Pool is a great way to spend a quiet summer afternoon. Whether you like lounging in the sun or relaxing in the water spending quality time with family and neighbors, the Raintree 100,000 gallon pool may be for you!  Lounges and chairs are available pool-side to relax, as well as a lawn area if you prefer to sit on a blanket.  No food and no smoking is allowed pool-side. Don’t forget to bring your towel.

Regular pool season runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. During the months of June and September the pool is open on weekends only. July through August the pool is open daily. Lifeguards are on-duty throughout the season during pool hours for the safety of Raintree residents and their guests. Guests or residents are allowed, subject to a guest fee and space availability.

Residents must have a valid Raintree amenity card to get access to the Pool.  No exceptions will be made.  So if you do not have an amenity card, contact the management office to apply for one.

All pool visitors also must adhere to swimming pool rules and regulations set by the Township and the State of New Jersey.

RAINTREE AMENITY GUEST PASSES FOR 2024 SEASON

The Raintree Board has approved the sale of season guest passes for guests of Raintree residents to use the Raintree pool or golf course.  Similar to “season beach passes” sold at many of the Jersey Shore towns, you can purchase a season pass to get access for the season instead of paying a guest fee each time.

The passes can only be sold to Raintree residents to use to bring a guest to the pool or golf course.  These passes are not transferable to other households. Each household may purchase up to two passes for the pool and two passes for the golf course.

To purchase a guest pass, bring the completed attached form to the office. Payment must be made upon application (credit or debit cards ONLY) and your pass will be ready within 48 hours.  Paper copies of the application are available at the Raintree Management Office and the Golf Proshop.
