TENNIS – PICKLEBALL COURT HOURS
The Tennis Courts and Pickleball courts have been extended to remain open until 7:30 PM for the summer hours.

VEHICLE TAGS
Please DO NOT CALL the office asking “where are my vehicle tags”. When they are ready, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on getting them. There are thousands of cars in Raintree and the process takes time so please be patient. We have already put tags on several hundred cars and are moving as rapidly as we can to process the applications.
The Management Office is not handling the vehicle tag distribution – Raintree is using an independent contractor to manage the process, so the management office will not be able to tell you when your tags will be ready. Again you will be notified via the email address you put on your application form when and where to get the tags. The good news is that the clicker system is still working for most residents.

Notice to all Raintree Golfers:
The Raintree Golf Course official opening for the season will be on Tuesday March 26, 2024.
We will be adding sand to the sand traps and ask that all golfers kindly rake the sand traps after playing from the improved traps.
If you are interested in joining the working group/committee to re-establish a Raintree Golf Club or in being a part-time Golf Ranger, please contact Andy Magioncalda directly at 203.645.6540 or via email at [email protected].

GOLF COURSE AND TENNIS COURT HOURS
The Raintree Golf Course will be closing for the season sometime early fall 2024 in order to winterize the course by aerating, sanding, and roping off the permanent greens, putting in place temporary winter month greens in the fairway, and other related winter preparation activities. The course will reopen to Raintree resident Golfers on December 1 under the golf “Winter Rules” – once your ball is within the white circle around each temporary green, you are afforded a 2-stroke maximum.
We ask all residents to treat the course for the beautiful park that it is. Please make sure when playing during the winter months, to keep all play off of the permanent greens during this timeframe, in order to avoid damage and ensure that they are in playable condition in the spring. Golf rangers are not on regular duty during the winter months, however the course will still be patrolled part-time to assure that players are Raintree residents and are following the winter rules. Players play at their own risk and are expected to be respectful of the course, as always.
The Tennis courts will have winter hours effective immediately and will be open from 7am to 7:30pm, seven days a week. A valid Raintree amenity card is required to get access to play on the tennis courts. Raintree Management

SEPTEMBER POOL HOURS (2024)
The Raintree Pool will be open only on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) in September for the next three weekends. The hours open are 11am to 5pm.

Sam Bakal Clubhouse Rental
The Sam Bakal Clubhouse is available for daily rental for private parties by residents in good standing. The rental fee is $500 and there are several requirements and procedures that must be followed.
Please contact the management office if you need a copy of the application and rental rules to make a reservation.

Pool Update
Residents-
The Raintree Pool will be open this June, weather permitting. Just a reminder that you must have a valid Raintree Amenity card to gain entrance, no exceptions. Guests are $5 per person paid by credit card (all ages) or 5 Raintree scrips. At this time, we will not have lifeguards on duty.
