Olde Oaks 1 is one of the nine villages in Raintree made up of 158 townhouses available in four different models, each of which include at least 2 bedrooms with either 2 or 2½ bathrooms and a garage.

The Olde Oaks Homeowners Association is governed by a five-member Board of Trustees that oversees the decisions and management of the village. Executive Property Management provides on-site management. Services provided to the village include curb side trash pick-up, bi-weekly recycling of cans, bottles, cardboard and paper, seasonal lawn maintenance and cutting, and snow removal from streets, driveways, and walkways. Additionally, Olde Oaks I has access to all raintree amenities which include a 9-hole golf course, swim club, exercise room, tennis courts and club house.

All homeowners are responsible for maintaining a neat, clean exterior of their home including driveways, walkways, patios exterior furnishings and decorations. Homeowners are responsible for repair and replacement of their roofs, doors, windows, walkways, driveways, and patios.

All homeowners must comply with all community by-laws, documents, rules and regulations. In accordance with a by-law amendment adopted on January 11, 2022, no homeowner shall be eligible to rent his/her/their unit until such owner(s) have resided in the unit for at least two years after acquiring ownership of the unit.

These documents, as well as applications for exterior modifications and HOA maintenance payment information are available through a web-based system (“Front Steps”) which requires online registration, no exterior changes (such as lighting, landscaping and other adornments) are permitted without the approval of the Board of Trustees following submission of the required “Property Modification Form. The architecture, landscaping and amenities make Olde Oaks I a wonderful place to live.
