Willowbend is one of nine residential villages in Raintree and is made up of 336 units in 44 buildings. The units are flat on flat, two bedroom units with four model types. The community is situated on Tulip Lane, Lily Lane and Hyacinth Lane.
The Willowbend Condominium Association is governed by a 5-member board that oversees the decisions and management of the village. Executive Property Management provides on-site management services for our village.
Willowbend is responsible for the structures and common areas in the community. Their services include maintenance of the structure, exterminating of the exterior of the buildings, lawn care, irrigation services, and snow removal.
Homeowners are responsible for their own windows and doors. The patios and decks are considered to be a limited common element and the homeowner is responsible for yearly maintenance.
Any desired changes to the exterior of the unit or landscaping must be submitted to the Willowbend Board for approval prior to the change being made and your neighbors signature may be required. A Property Modification Form is included on the community website for your convenience.
Garbage and trash is collected on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Freehold Township provides recycling pick-up two days weekly as well.
There are 14 dumpster locations in the community that are for the use of Willowbend residents only. The Board and our maintenance personnel try to keep these areas neat. The Board requests your assistance in doing the same. Garbage should be placed in the green containers and recycling should be placed in the blue containers. Residents must close lids after use. Bulk should not be placed at any location without notification to garbage company. The blue recycling may not include plastic bags of any type. All cardboard should be broken down and placed in the blue containers. Larger cardboard should be disposed of in the large cardboard recycling dumpsters located across from 189 Tulip Lane. Please do not leave any material on the ground. If you observe someone abusing these areas, please contact the management office directly at 732-780-1728.
Please be reminded that only one pet is permitted to reside within any unit. All dogs must be curbed. This means that they should not be walked on the grass by any of the buildings. The Board does allow use of the berm for walking and provides doggie bags in that area. Please be sure to pick-up after your pets!
Please observe the speed limit within the community which is 15 mph.
