Tennis/Pickleball Courts

Looking for a fun activity?… Try playing tennis or pickleball.  Raintree has three beautiful courts available to residents with a valid Raintree amenity card.  Bring the family and play a family foursome.

The access gate to the courts is locked and can only be opened with a valid adult Raintree amenity card.   Please keep the gate closed at all times while playing.  Minimum age for use of the tennis courts is fourteen (14) years of age.  Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a Raintree resident, parent or guardian (of at least 18 years of age).

Two of the three tennis courts also have Pickleball lines painted on the court and an adjustable net. If you have not tried Pickleball, you have been missing out. Come try the sport that everyone is raving about!  

Tennis/Pickleball court hours:

• Courts are open year-round
• Everyday: Sunrise to Sunset.
  • Summer schedule: 7am to 8pm
  • Winter schedule: 7am to 5:30pm

Court Rules:

• Play is on a first come basis with no advanced reservations.
• Courts may be used for a maximum of one (1) hour for singles play, and one and one-half (1 ½) hours for doubles play.
• Proper attire must be worn on tennis courts. (Shirts, shorts/pants and tennis sneakers)
• No pets are permitted on the tennis courts.
• No bicycles, carriages, skateboards, roller skates or blades  are permitted on the tennis courts.
• No glass containers or food shall be permitted on the tennis courts.
• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are permitted on the tennis courts
• NO LESSONS PERMITTED.
