Sam Bakal Clubhouse
The Sam Bakal clubhouse offers a great environment to relax with other Raintree residents. It is open to all Raintree residents with a valid amenity card. Stop by to read a book, watch TV, or just lounge around on your tablet. Bring the kids and enjoy ping pong, billiards, and Foosball. Everything is there for your enjoyment, just bring your amenity card to open the door. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Large gatherings (more than 10 people) will require rental of the Clubhouse facility.
Remember to share the facilities with your neighbors and leave the space as clean as you found it. Cameras are located throughout the facility and any vandalism or misuse will be subject to prosecution and suspension of amenity privileges. NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the Clubhouse.
Please leave the clubhouse in the same condition that you found it. All trash must be removed if you brought any food or beverages in with you.
Clubhouse hours:
- Everyday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Guests:
- Guest limit: 4 guests per family.
- Residents must remain with their guests at all times.
Rental of the Sam Bakal Clubhouse:
If available, the Sam Bakal Clubhouse may be rented to Residents on Saturday or Sunday. It may be rented for a maximum of one (1) day per weekend. A Five hundred dollar ($500.00) security deposit must be paid to the Association’s Managing Agent. A five hundred dollar ($500.00) rental fee must be paid along with a fee of fifteen dollars ($15) per hour for a security guard, if deemed necessary by the Association. The fees must be paid at the time of booking the Clubhouse. Five hundred dollars will be returned after the Clubhouse rental providing that it is in “broom clean” condition and nothing is damaged. A representative from Management or a designated Raintree Official will inspect the facilities (with the renter) before and immediately following the use of the Clubhouse.
