Olde Oaks II

Olde Oakes II is one of the nine villages in Raintree made up of 132 townhomes with four models. The models, the Austin, the Bently, the Camridge, the Dartmonth II all include two bedrooms, and two to two and a half bathrooms, and a garage.

The Olde Oakes II homeowners associations is governed by a five member Board of Trustees that oversees the decisions and management of the village. Executive Property Management provides on-site managements services for the village. Included in these services are curbside trash pick-up twice a week, bi-weekly recycling of cans and paper, seasonal lawn maintenance and cutting, snow removal of from streets, driveways, and walkways. In addition, Olde Oakes II has access to all Raintree amenities which include a 9-hole golf course, swim club, exercise room, tennis courts, and club house.

All home homeowners are responsible for maintaining a neat, clean exterior of the home, including driveways, walkways, patios. Repair and replacement of the siding, gutters, shutters, and roofs is the responsibility of Olde Oakes II. These repairs are done through a system of work orders. Access to bylaws, documents, HOA fee payments, rules and regulations, application for exterior modifications, are made through a web-based system call Fronts Steps. No exterior changes are permitted the approval of the Board of Trustees. Such changes include lighting, landscaping, and other adornments. The wide streets, mature trees, open green spaces, and a variety of amenities make Olde Oakes II an extraordinary place to live.
