Heather Ridge I Village
Heather Ridge I is one of nine villages within the Raintree community. It is one of the older villages within Raintree and the smallest in terms of the number of homes. Our 52 homes are stand-alone single family units. There are four home models, three with second story lofts and one single story. The village is conveniently located in close proximity to Raintree’s amenities including the Sam Bakal Clubhouse and its gym and the swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and executive golf course. It is also in close proximity to the Raintree main gate for ease of entrance for its residents and their guests. Monthly maintenance fees cover lawn care, sprinkler system, shrubbery pruning in the spring and fall, snow removal (including driveways and walkways), local street maintenance and twice weekly trash removal. Bi-weekly removal of recyclables is provided by Freehold Township. Home owners are responsible for the physical maintenance of their home’s exterior and plantings with review and approval of owners’ proposed modifications by a Board of Trustees. The Board is comprised of several Heather Ridge I homeowners and manages village affairs with administrative assistance of an onsite Executive Property Management company professional staff. The Board of Trustees meets every other month on the third Wednesday of the month. The Annual Meeting and voting for Board members occurs in November. Residents are invited to attend regular Board meetings and the Annual Meeting. Village residents have access and use of the Raintree website and a portion of the website dedicated to Heather Ridge 1 interests.
